- Returns
- Eligibility: Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since the product being delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- 2. Process for Returns
- Step 1: Email us at contact@gyanotoy.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the product, if applicable.
- Step 2: We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Step 3: If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there is any manufacturing defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
- Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within 5 days , first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@gyanotoy.com.
- Exchanges
- Exchange is applicable only in case manufacturing defect.
